What have we learnt from 2020? [Press: Metro Article]

2020 has been a funny old year and although it’s not all bad, there has been a lot that has had a detrimental effect on mental health. It comes up in both my one-to-one therapy sessions and in my courses. And it really does make me happy to see mental health being picked up by the mainstream media/in the press in these trying times. In the last couple of weeks, I have featured both in the Metro and Express.
