Are you really depressed?

Are you really depressed?

It’s a good question to ask as a lot of people think they are – and of course, they may be – but it’s also highly likely there is a range of behaviours that are making you depressed.

So, are you really depressed or…

  • Do you people please?
  • Do you put yourself last?
  • Do you believe in everyone else but don’t believe in yourself?
  • Do you believe in your fears?
  • Do you fail to block people from your phone?
  • Do you ignore your feelings?
  • Do you have unrealistic expectations of yourself and others?
  • Do you do nothing? Is inaction an issue?
  • Do you live in hopeless hope?
  • Do you people worship and put people on pedestals?

All of these things alone can make you think you’re depressed, and the combination of them can be so toxic for you.

If you people please or people worship then sign up for this FREE Masterclass on Overcoming People Pleasing.

If you put others first, do not take action, and don’t tackle your fears, check out my Pain into Purpose course because finding your purpose will help with depression.

Scared to block people from your phone then these tips will help and if you need help on anything else you read here, find out how you can work with me.
